I had difficulty uploading the photos, and had to call customer service. Once that was accomplished everything went very smoothly. The company kept me notified as to when the technician was coming, he called 15 minutes before and was very polite, clean and courteous. I am satisfied with the repair made to my table.

I sent in a claim and Phelan was my customer service rep. He handled my claim and did everything that he said he would do. He was very efficient and courteous. I am very pleased with the service I received.
I have had great experience with Safeware and my last experience talking with Alicia Edward's was fantastic. she was a big help on my current issue and corrected some paperwork on my last issue. plus she was very friendly on we could laugh about life.
We have a service contract with Safeware on our Washing Machine. It broke so I called. I spoke with Alicia E. and she was the most helpful person I have spoken with in a long time. She made sure she got all the information she needed to put in a claim and gave me the number of the adjuster in case the service people didn't call and I needed to get a hold of them again.
