safeware needs to listen to the customer and treat us as they would want to be treated with issues concerning the apliance.

We purchased our furniture a little over 4 years ago and along with that we purchased Safeware for those “just in case” moments and have never been so thankful that we did!!! They have been absolutely wonderful in the process of filing our claims and making sure everything was taken care of. We will not ever go without protecting our furniture and will be using Safeware again in the future purchase of new furniture. Huge Shout Out to Sarah for being extremely helpful and prompt with responding back to my emails.

They were extremely helpful and patient with me!! Thankfully my device started working again after a few weeks and they were happy to help me every step of the way including withdrawing my claim when I no longer needed to send them my device. They also responded fairly quickly whenever I emailed them and had questions! I definitely would recommend going to them if you need to!!

I have been trying to get someone to call me back on my furniture claim since Dec 13th. When I leave voicemails for Nakesha she does not return my calls. The person who takes the call can only tell me that nothing appears to have been done and put me back in voicemail. The email they sent me on Dec 13th when I submitted the pictures says I will be contacted in one to two days. This is not the way to handle customers

I had originally had a negative experience with Safeware when it came to multiple claims with my furniture, and scheduling conflicts. This had drug out for about 9 months or so... I had left the issue alone for awhile since I had been so busy. I did contact again within the past 2 weeks, and for the issues I had ensued, they made it right, by completely crediting the entire amount of my furniture so I could just purchase brand new furniture with the amount I had originally paid!! Safeware has been incredible! As a college student during finals week, having your computer crash is not an ideal situation. Safeware, through my on-campus tech center, reassured me it would be fixed as soon as possible. They took my computer in and fixed it completely free of charge. Additionally, when my computer charger broke, they completely reimbursed me for it. I love a company that lives up to their promises and does not have fine line printing that limits your warranties, etc.

They fix and replace your stuff with very few questions asked. Last year, my laptop suffered liquid damage and they replaced all of the damaged parts for free. Just recently, my charger stopped working and Safeware covered the full cost of a new one. This is well worth the investment.
