I wouldn't recommend their warranty plan on furniture..I have a 5 year Mega Warranty plan on my furniture.I've had my furniture for 2 years & it's heavily soiled due to grandkids.I just recently tried to make a claim & was denied because of them being heavily soiled.It states in the plan it covers this..Safeware in my opinion is a big scam to get your money..

I wouldn't recommend this warranty to anyone. my wife purchased it and we basically got screwed on it no where in the contract does it state that each stain has to have a separate claim on it so once I get to dirty they will deny the claim and your just SOL. again I will not recommend it to anyone.

Safeware has taken 20 weeks to get my parts in. I've been trying to get this resolved for weeks. I can't seem to get anywhere. The representative hasn't responded to my request to speak with her superior. I will NEVER purchase another extended warranty from this company again.

Safeware stayed on my project until it was finally settled. I had a wonderful person, Rebecca U. who made sure I received the part I needed for my lift chair. We communicated via phone, e-mail and she continued to search down the problem until it was settled. Thank you Rebecca!
I had a trash compactor that was repaired while under warranty. A few days later after my warranty expired, I encountered the very same problem so I called the appliance repair company who "fixed" my problem only to be told it was out of warranty. I called Safeware and talked with Kim Latondress who was so professional and helpful. She said she would look into my problem and get back in touch with me. I had a pull handle break 2-3 months ago. Called and started a claim. Finally today, they called and scheduled a repair for May 29th! Pitiful!!! They should be embrassed!!!

Recently had my refrigerator replaced. A very frustrating ordeal. A great deal of time - almost 5 weeks transpired. Two appliance companies; many technicians. However, during that time, my adjuster, Amy, was extremely helpful. I was able to email her with my questions and concerns. Safeware was very helpful in accommodating me, they told me many options so I could choose what worked best for me as a student. Also, they were very quick to answer me whenever I had questions. I would definitely recommend them because they were reliable and cared about getting my laptop fixed.

Safeware is the worst warranty company I have dealt with! They are doing everything possible to avoid paying for my claim. They say it's a manufacturing defect but LCD damage is considered non-covered "customer induced damage" by Lenovo. This is why I bought the accidental coverage plan with Safeware.
