Bought $4000 piece of Furniture that lasted less than a year. Paid $500 for a warranty that didn’t cover or follow through on their warranty.

This has to be the slowest place ever! Ive not had any good dealings with this company. I currently have 2 OPEN claims and you never hear back from anyone. You always have to call them. On one of the claims they have rescheduled the technician to come look at the furniture THREE times already!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Rosie Lane handled our claim! She was so helpful and our doodle damaged leather cushion cover has been replaced. We are so happy we purchased the safeware policy!! I highly recommend. Thanks Rosie!

We would definitely recommend safeware when it comes to protection. Michelle D. helped us on our claim throughout the entire process. She was great at explaining all of our options and helped us determine the best way to go. She was easy to get in contact with and was very thorough and consistent in her communications between us. I would recommend Safeware to anyone who needs warranty work completed. I purchased 3 extended warranties for my Best furniture. I put in the 3 claims and have received the warranty work on the furniture and extremely satisfied with the workmanship. I would also like to thank Pam Anderson and Rebecca Underwood for the exceptional customer service they provided. I would also like to thank the guardsman Duane who actually completed all 3 claims within 2 hours.

I was very impressed with the entire experience of dealing with KIMBERLY- My CLAIM MANAGER. My 2-year-old ELECTROLUX DRYER needed repairs. Within 3 days, I spoke to KIMBERLY and began the claim process. It was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. I could not be happier. Safeware , was absolutely amazing! I will recommend them to Friends and Family. What really amazed me the most is how prompt they worked with giving you a live Rep . A Rep that is very knowledgeable about the company and your claim. Not once did I ever feel rushed off the phone . Not only did they take care of my claim ,but service was prompt too!! We filed a claim with Safeware. I had an ink stain on a fairly new chair. Safeware sent us a cleaning kit to try and remove the stains. Kit worked fairly well but not perfect. Safeware rep asked for pictures which we supplied. A decision was made by Safeware to replace our chair. We are very pleased with the service provided by Safeware. A quick resolution. Thank You.
