We have have had to utilize our Safeware policy 3 times since moving into our home. Without it we would be spending thousands on repairs. Highly recommend!
They are coming up with every excuse not to replace my couch. I have sent a copy of my warranty highlighting where I was promised a hassle free return. I have heard nothing in weeks. If I do not get my replacement they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your money! Update: They called us today and I spoke with a very rude customer sales rep that told me that the printing on my warranty was just for marketing and my pamphlet was old and not accurate. They don't honor their policies. They have loopholes built in to avoid servicing claims. It's a scam.

Safeware was represented by Weekends Only to be full coverage including pet damage. I filed a claim because the seam on the arm of my recliner separated and the seat foam broke down. They have informed me that the seam separation is not covered at all and they will give $50.00 for the problem with the seat. They were quick to inform me that I should have read the fine print. My daughter dropped something on our cupholder and broke it. My wife reminded me about Safeware that we purchased. I decided to fill out a claim, but had doubts that they would fix our furniture. Today, I stand corrected as the piece arrived and I was able to replace it myself. With 2 young kids, we decided to insure several furniture items with Safeware. We've had at least several claims throughout the last 4 years. Each and every experience we've had with Safeware has been a surprisingly positive experience. In some cases, they've gone above and beyond expectations.
