I bought a couch that had Safeware coverage for five years. For normal wear and tear, stains, tears, etc. I was supposed to get parts of the couch replaced. That is not what happened. We had a spill on our couch and when I called safeware asking to replace the two cushions, they said that I needed to send in pictures of the damage so they could assess it. They then said that they would send me a cleaning kit (not what I asked for, and not replacing the cushions). The cleaning kit made the stains even worse on the couch. I ca... read more

Safeware has fixed my sons screen twice now within 18 months. The initial $ spent on the added protection has proven itself worthwhile in spades already!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks. Claim process is super simple & the turnaround time to her your equipment back is short.

We bought a sectional a couple of years ago and the unthinkable happened. My kiddos unloaded the groceries, but left the milk in the bag accidentally on the couch. I'd been doing laundry so the milk was covered for a few days, but leaked out. It was the most horrendous, obnoxious smell ever and our couch was ruined. I am thankful that we purchased the warranty from Safeware. They were prompt to get our couch replaced since it could not be salvaged.

My sick grandson fell asleep on the couch and urinated on it. I had to send pictures, which really didn't show much. However the urine had soaked into the cushion. Safeware first sent me a cleaning kit which took the urine odor out of the actual seat of the couch. However 2 cushions could not be saved. They replaced two complete cushions.

I have had to use this "warranty" twice. Both times were extremely frustrating. If it wasn't for Amy in the critical response team, I feel my issue with my washer would not have been resolved. I will not deal with anyone other than Amy. I continuously got the run around for weeks each time. Both times, they couldn't find someone to service my area.
