Well. Usually feel stupid after buying a warranty. Not this time. I bought an expensive refrigerator that turned out to have a Lot of issues. Long story short Safeware sent out repair companies numerous times and finally when it was clear there was No Fix they gave us a generous replacement credit. So needless to say I'm a safeware customer for life and you better believe this new fridge is getting an extended warranty.

Even though it was an unfortunate circumstance which led to this call, I had a wonderful experience with safeware, where they helped make a bad situation much better. Alicia was so helpful! Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she was kind, calm, and patient with me- even though I was freaking out and was quite frantic. Such a fantastic experience.

Just finished talking with Alicia Edwards on the phone...she was VERY NICE and HELPFUL. i was able to explain my problem with my washer and she took care of it! the total call took less than 10 mins too. definitely a 1st when calling any place's customer service!!! she's a wonderful asset for Safeware!!!

I had to call Safeware today about my washer. I talked to Alicia Edwards, and let me just tell you.... she was super friendly, never put me on hold, had a tech scheduled within five minutes and we should have my washer fixed (free of charge to me) by Monday! so glad we bought an extended warranty through Safeware. I'll let y'all know how the tech does Monday.... ***update coming***

When my couch was looking bad because of my pets claws Safeware came thru with my warranty and got everything replaced that needed it....it took some time but they came thru and got it done, my couch looks brand new again. Then about 6 months later my roommate dropped his cigarette and burned a hole in the couch cushion and I got ahold of Safeware and again they are taking care of it to make it look like new again.
