Update: After discussing the concern above with a new representative, the company issued store credit in the amount paid for the furniture. This person was professional and apologetic for the previous experience and the issue was resolved quickly.

Safeware is the most difficult company I've ever had to deal with. They will not provide the coverage or service outlined in their policy - it’s been 6 months and I still haven’t had my couch fixed or replaced. Customer service reps lied about my coverage, yelled at me and hung up on me. I've proven that they are required to replace my couch per the terms and conditions in the agreement but they refuse to fulfill their legal obligation. Amy Rivers was amazing at handling our extended warranty problem, and within a few days, following nearly 2 months of frustration and loss of frozen food, Amy arranged for a pro-rated refund that was directly deposited to our bank. She was polite, professional and a magician!

Safeware doesn’t honor there warranty and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase it, sounds like a lot of customers are disappointed and not satisfied .

Initially my claims were not handled well and I was very upset. It got bad. I had given up and wrote a bad review on here and the next day I was contacted by the escalation manager and had a long talk with him. I felt a little better but there was no resolution and I didn’t think there would be, just a kinder way of telling me there was no service providers in my area. Update!!! Safeware contacted me, the customer specialist, Pam, was wonderful to work with and very understanding of our situation and our sofa is now being covered and replaced! Make sure to reach out to them and follow up with them if the first person you talk to is not very nice or helpful!
