There’s a beautiful ending to my story. We purchased a furniture set from Weekends Only. After several years, it has ended up with a few issues. we came home from work one day to find our fur baby had chewed up our couch. luckily we had purchased the Safeware protection plan. I filed a claim & the responded the next day asking for pictures . I uploaded a few pictures. the next day they responded saying the damage was too much to repair. we were instructed to contact Weekends Only to pick up our replacement couch. our experience was hassle free. I will definitely purchase safeware on all my future furniture purchases.

I recently filed a claim for my daughters Mac book pro repair with Safeware. After several emails and phone calls the claim was approved and then abruptly denied by a Claims Experience Specialist. I requested to speak with a supervisor or begin an appeal process. Pamela Anderson, Senior Critical Response Specialist contacted me by phone. I purchased a warranty for my sofa and a recliner chair, paid $399 total. The plan was sold to us by Key Home Furnishings in Lake Oswego, OR. The sales rep said the plan covers "replacement" for stains and any kind of damage which is why we purchased it. 2 yrs later, I made a claim yesterday on our couch cushions as they have stains and piling on the fabric.
