They were very professional and kept in constant contact with me during the entire process. The technician did a terrific job repairing the fabric on my couch. will not have a problem using them again.
I had a very pleasant experience with Pamela Anderson!!! She helped me with my appliance claim!!! She found my claim told me the underwriter had changed and took care of it by contacting them for me. They called me the same day!! She was awesome and sooooo helpful!! It is a good thing to have extended warranty on certain appliances!!! Thank you Pamela!!! Thank you Safeware!!

We've always been skeptical about buying additional coverage on items because coverage is so narrow and specific. But, we are so grateful that we did for our sectional. With kids, we knew it would be a good investment, but weren't sure when we'd need it, if the coverage would come through. Jose, the tech who came to our house, was pleasant and quiet knowledgable. He quickly had our reclining chair operating. I'm really glad we purchased this extra coverage on our furniture. I'd hate to think what it might have cost to have our furniture repaired otherwise.
