Had my sons Macbook fail and was directed to file a claim with Safeware for the extended warranty. Took the macbook to Micro Center and had them diagnose the issue of a bad logic board. Was put in touch with Pamela Anderson at Safeware. She did a fantastic job working with me to get the paperwork in place, approve the repair work and arrange to reimburse me for the work done. All around excellent job by Safeware!

AWFUL COMPANY!!! Don’t waste your money!! They will do everything they can in order to not accept your warranty claim if something goes wrong!
Safeware customer service is awful. When they tell me they are going to reimburse me for my laptop charger that broke, they take months of no response to emails and directing me to other people on the phone. I highly don't recommend this as they are very untrustworthy and don't take responsibility for any slow or failed reimbursements. If I don't keep reminding them about getting my reimbursement back (which I still haven't received in 4 months btw) I don't think they would ever reimburse me.

I've purchased SafeWare insurance for all MacBooks in my family since 8 years ago. They are respectful, efficient, professional and trustworthy. If you want insure your previous purchases, SafeWare is the answer.
Customer service is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to file a claim for damaged furniture for OVER A YEAR! I've submitted photos and gone through their process multiple times, just to be ignored and blown off. Restarting the process again and again is rediculous. I just received an email after months of following up, just to be told a "different underwriter" will be handling my claim. I highly recommend purchasing Safeware for any technology. When you run into an issue, they are quick to respond and provide immediate help. Safeware also has awesome representatives!

This so called extended warranty is a rip off. We purchased a 3 piece living room set from Weekends Only. The sales person convinced us to purchase the extended warranty. They told us this warranty covers everything even if your dog would chew the arm off the furniture. Our furniture has quite a few issues. We made a claim in January of 2020. What a run around. no definition of "normal wear and tear" said they cover cracked leather for up to a year. that is not in your policy. and if that is true, my manufacturer warranty would have covered that. so why the hell is this an offered product if you don't cover for the full term of the warranty. your management does not respond. your people need customer service training.
