I purchased an extended warranty on a sofa and loveseat through safeware. When I filed a claim for damage, it was denied despite my having the original paperwork to prove my claim is valid. This company ripped me off and refuses to honor their warranties. By their logic, they can deny every claim for anything. Wasted money on a third party warranty.

What started as a horrible experience, completely turned around. I had made a claim in November 2019 for pet damage. Employee from Safeware stated parts were available to repair and on order. Cool! Fast forward to the end of February and still no parts. I was told if parts were available to order then a replacement was not an option. However, I was able to contact a supervisor and since this was an ongoing issue and parts still had no time frame, she issued us a credit to replace our couch! Safeware was very fast responding to our claim and very easy to deal with. They covered our pet damage completely, would recommend to anyone!

We would be in quite a bind right now if it weren't for our warranty through Safeware. Customer service was very friendly and filing a claim online was extremely simple. We just replaced our couch thanks to their service plan / warranty. Purchased a new plan for the new furniture...would reccomend to anyone that you consider doing the same.

The gentleman who came called to let us know what time he would be arriving and was very nice. He repaired our furniture and did a wonderful job! I would recommend him in the future to others.

My opinion is they do not want to pay claims. They could improve by responding to my claim and sending an adjuster to my home.

From start to finish with our claim was super fast and easy! Our couch is fixed, and you could never tell it had any damage! So glad we got protection. We will definitely be using #Safeware for all future furniture we purchase!

After contacting Safeware about a problem with my sofa recently they emailed me quickly about the repair. Matt was my repair person and I was given a time and date the repair would take place. I had a discolored spot on my sofa that I did not know what caused it. On the day of repair I receive a text confirming my appointment time. Matt was on time and professional. He repaired the spot on sofa so well, I can’t even tell where it was. I would recommend Safeware to others.
