They were very helpful with any questions that I had and their responses were quick. They had my whole claim taken care of right away.
Safeware was great! I broke my laptop charger and was able to get a replacement the same day at my University Bookstore. I really appreciated how hassle free and quick the replacement was. Great service!
I really like the fact that they follow up with you prior to them coming out to repair my couch and they were fast and very professional!
This is the first time we have submitted a claim and immediately denied because it was not "accidental". When asked what qualified as accidental we were told "an accident". Well we didn't mean to poke a hole in the couch or damage the center counsel hinge.... Don't wast your money on this extended policy.

UPDATE: Safeware reached out to me quickly and is working to get this issue taken care of for me. The lady I spoke to was super nice and ensured me that she will follow up to make sure everything is taken care of. I’m extremely frustrated with Safeware. The first time we filed a claim they were quick to respond, and with this second one it’s been three weeks and nothing. Bought a sectional couch and insurance from Safeware. Over the years there have been some damages to the couch. Called safeware and they sent a technician without hesitation. They sent someone super helpful and knowledgeable. They also sent him in just a few days. Would definitely recommend buying their insurance
I really appreciated that they called and texted prior to coming out. They were very prompt and courteous. They repaired the couch and showed us what to do if it happened again. Excellent service and repair!
