The repair technician was knowledgeable and did an excellent job on our coach repair. I would highly recommend Safeware.
When service was not available for my dishwasher, safeware provided me with a replacement credit for a new dishwasher. I could not have asked for better service from their staff, particularly Amy Rivers. I will definitely warranty future applicable purchases.

Well, here's the story. . The door handle fell off of my dryer. Therefore, It made the dryer inoperable because I couldn't open up the door and put clothing in. Called Safeware. They said the door handle was not covered, is cosmetic, and they issued a flat-out denial in writing. Of course, I objected. I really appreciated that they called and texted prior to coming out. They were very prompt and courteous. They repaired the couch and showed us what to do if it happened again. Excellent service...
