WOW!! Kim L has made my experience with Safeware impressive. Usually with extended warranties I am the one holding the bag. Not the case here. Not only did Kim respond quickly to my emails and phone calls she did what she said she was going to do. They have certainly changed my thoughts on extended warranties. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much Kim L and safeware!

I recently had a broken sofa and was originally denied coverage. After further investigation by Pam, I will be getting my warranty fulfilled. Thank you again Pam for all of help.

I had a great experience with Safeware. I purchased the coverage on my Mac computer that I bought a couple years ago before starting law school. When the screen failed this past weekend, I was able to get in touch with Safeware within minutes and was authorized to have my computer into a repair shop the same day. Purchased a couch and bed frame from Ashley furniture and was told that since I’m military that the insurance/warranty was a really good thing to get. So I purchased the $500 warranty. When the time comes to try to replace my furniture because moving, I’m Unable to use the warranty. Poor service and I was lied to. Unbelievable. Don’t ever use this company. I waited multiple days just for a reply saying the same thing even though I explained my situation.
