I use Safeware to insure my MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display. I have made three claims within the past three years, all of which were handled extremely quickly and professionally. We had a problem with the freezer part of our refrigerator and had trouble with the concern who was supposed to fix it. When we contacted Safeware directly, the wheels began to turn very quickly. Samella connected us with someone who could fix the problem under the terms of the warranty and we now have a fully functioning freezer. Good Job, Samella! And thank you for being there, Safeware!

We had an issue with our dishwasher and placed a service call. As it turns out the part of the dishwasher that needed replaced was a non-replaceable part. Barbara was our claims specialist and she was very responsive and knowledgeable.Safeway is sending us a check for the price that we paid for the dishwasher. From my experience I would definitely recommend Safeway to anyone requiring an extended warranty contract as the process was simple and hassle free. Thank You Barbara!

I cant say enough positives about my experience with Safeware, our couch has had a short since day one and we had left it alone after contacting the furniture store & they came by and tried to fix it and it didn’t work. It was one of those things that if you kicked it just right it would work. Around a year and a half later another part of the couch actually became problematic as the staples started to come through. We purchase this insurance on our leather furniture we purchased from DT McCall. Not only was the furniture expensive but so was the insurance. First and only claim was a nightmare and even though the SAW rep said he was going to recommend a new back and repair of the furniture the claims clerk at Safeware did not take the recommendation and said “based on the pictures” it was normal wear and tear. My MacBook screen completely stopped working a few weeks ago. I am an architecture student so a working laptop is imperative! I purchased Safeware when I purchased the laptop and I am very happy. I was able to get my laptop fixed promptly and had no issues!

I'm a student and I use my MacBook all day, everyday. When I dropped it and broke the display, Safeware was very quick to respond to my claim and get the issue resolved quickly with no complicated hoops to jump through. The coverage lasts longer than others and the best part is my computer was still repaired at an official Apple repair facility! Having Safeware gives me peace of mind so I have one less thing to worry about as a busy college student, I would recommend!
