My computer screen broke, so I emailed Safeware and they got back to me right away. The entire process was carried out with ease from then on, as the Safeware team was responsive and helpful in answering all my questions quickly and efficiently. They are a great team to have on your side for any scenario you might come across with your technology, and I'd heavily recommend them to anyone owning precious hardware. Thank you Safeware!

I bought a dishwasher 18 months ago and paid for a five year warranty and a piece came off 2 weeks ago and the claims department is giving me the run around instead of sending me a repairman. Like others on here I am very unhappy. I’m sure they are going to fool around so long that I will call my own repairman. The extended warranty is a joke..

I purchased safeware on our new appliances in 2014. I have a couple claims and they have been very easy to work with. On my latest claim, Paul the adjustor could not find an appliance repair company that would come to our area, so he asked me to find one. He followed up with me almost daily until I found someone and repairs were completed. I turned in the invoices and received a check in 7 bus days. I am pleased with their service.

The process was super fast and simple! All I had to do was file my claim online. I was contacted through email by Liz Boyd the following day with steps on what to do next.

I have to say I was expecting submitting my claim for laptop repairs to be difficult - and I was completely wrong! I was incredibly impressed with Safeware’s responsiveness and professionalism - Rachel Quinn in particular. Rachel responded right away, was really helpful, and really took ownership - we were delayed in taking the laptop to the Apple store for the repair and Rachel gently and appropriately checked in with a reminder. UPDATE: Tabitha contacted me right away after my review and is more than willing to work with me to fix or replace my furniture pieces. I'm very happy with her quick response, and how she listened and cared about what was going on. I will update again after our services are complete :) Horrible! I purchased a referigerator from Texas Appliance 5/2017 and at the same time purchased a 4 yr warranty and Safeware administers it. I have filed a claim #8060427 7/2018 because the bottom shelf is freezing things, i had the same problem under the mfg warranty and now Safeware says its a pre existing condition so they are not going to pay for it. I will never buy another protection plan until I check it out on facebook. I too would have given them a 0 star if I could.

I think this warranty company isn't worth the paper it's written on. I've been trying to get my warranty on Ashley furniture honored for over two months. Sarah David, if that's a real person, doesn't respond, and lies when she does. Wish I had seen the other posts like this before I bought the warranty. Had to click one star or I couldn't post this, no stars was not an option.
