Horrible customer service! I’ve submitted a claim on my couch and loveseat. The loveseat was back in December they had someone come out to take pictures and was told in six weeks the replacement part would arrive. I’m still waiting over 6 months later. I still have not received confirmation of my claim on my couch back in January. First off it shouldn't take a month for anyone to finally get back to you also you should train your customer service agents not to lie to their customers. Was told they would not cover a plan because it was a manufacturer defect not an accedent. The paper I have states you cover defects even spoke with a representative from the store originally purchased from and they also verified. So sick of getting the run around from you guys.

Do you know what it's like to go to the kitchen to grab a glass of milk? I don't. I can't recall what it's like to use an automated ice maker. I'm living in 1980 and making my own ice! This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. After waiting weeks to get in touch with someone I was eventually mailed a cleaning kit. The box was empty and open.... The customer service is outrageously poor and I've spoken with two separate employees. I get no answers to my questions or help with the stain that has been sitting for weeks. I will never purchase a plan from them again and have been sure to share with everyone we know what a scam this company is.
