Initially, there were some rough patches. I had to contact them twice on their website before I got a response to my initial questions. (This was using their "Contact Us" page.) After the claim was filed, however, communication was always quick and thorough (ex. if I missed a phone call, I'd get an email letting me know so). They never argued with me and were always polite. I'd particularly like to shoutout Liz Boyd and Robert Bosley for their help. Would definitely buy insurance for them when I buy my next laptop

Efficient with assisting me with a claim for my apple MacBook. Immediate responses and quick to send reimbursement. Very helpful!

Safeware was very efficient. They provided me return authorization with fedex. Then they were quick to respond to my claim. I was reimbursed for my laptop.

I had a great experience contacting them to get a replacement for my broken laptop charger. I heard back from the moment I submitted the claim within 24 hours. Within a week, I have my replacement charger on the way. Plus their new electronic reimbursement system is very convenient for me. Thanks, Safeware!

Overall happy with the results of the service I received from Safeware. My claim was delayed by more than 2 months due to an issue with my adjuster, but after I called Safeware again Tabitha was very quick to help and get my claim resolved. Very happy with the service she provided and I will most likely purchase services from Safeware again.

Mr. Geron called us to let us know he was coming. It was within the window of time that they had previously told me. He replaced the damaged leather panel on my couch with an excellent result. It looks great, really better than the ones on the other two seats. We are very satisfied. It took a long time, too long to get the replacement part but it is now completed. Thank you.

I've filed at least 5 claims with Safeware, and each time my claims have been handled promptly and professionally. The claim specialist Sarah has been particularly great to work with. I will always purchase a warranty with any new furniture purchase because I have gotten a huge return on my investment. No regrets! This is a great company.

I had a wonderful experience with Safeware. As a student studying 6 hours from home, when my laptop crashed I was devastated and was afraid I would not be able to afford my laptop getting fixed. After contacting Safeware, they not only congratulated me on my internship, they were very accommodating and quick in getting me my reimbursement. I definitely recommend their services!
