I have used safeware multiple times for my macbook pro. After filing a claim, I recieved a fast email response within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed with repairs. They paid the full repair price and with apple, I was able to recieve an essentially new laptop in my fourth year of the warranty.

I accidentally spilled water on my laptop, and Safeware made it as easy as possible to get a replacement quickly and make sure I was reimbursed. My Claims Experience Specialist, Darielle Lackey, was a pleasure to work with and responded to my messages in an incredibly quick manner. I was wary of having a claim processed at first, but Safeware provided me with great customer support throughout my entire replacement process!

Fast and easy responses. Only confusing bit is that you have to call the number to be directed to the website. I would have rather gone directly to the website to file a claim.

Loved them! I submitted a claim and got a response very shortly after. I went to the Apple store and found out that there was nothing wrong (lol). Liz contacted me THREE times to continue the claim. I let her know everything was fine, but I really appreciated her reaching out. It made me feel like she cared. I have no worries if something does go wrong in the future! Thank you!

After purchasing a warranty through Safeware for my computer I could not be happier with my experience. My warranty recently ended but definitely was extremely helpful during college and always led to speedy and effective repairs at no additional cost to me. Anytime I had question, customer service was always knowledgable and willing to help me solve the issue. One of their employees, Tabitha Hall, even reached out to me at the end of my warranty to make sure I had an informed and positive experience.

I originally gave this company a one and bad review but the company reached out to me with concerns of how I was treated by the adjuster. Tabatha Hall, with the Critical Response team, has been a great help and she apologized for the communication with the adjuster. My issue still isn't resolved but she is working to give me a better solution. She was understanding and wanted my overall experience to be a good one. Thank you Tabatha!

I quickly needed to extend an insurance policy and the personnel were helpful and extremely prompt. They have amazing customer service and got me exactly what I needed! Would HIGHLY recommend working with them.
