I had a crack on the lower left part of my laptop screen, causing everything to glitch. With my warranty through SimplyMac, Safeware was able to quickly fix and ship it back at no additional cost to me in a very short amount of time. I am beyond satisfied with the work they have done along with keeping me up to date with everything they were doing to fix/ship my laptop. Thank you so much for the outstanding service!! I purchased a new phone earlier in 2017 and I figured that a warranty would be a smart thing to add on. When my charger became unusable because of water damage, Safeware was able to reimburse me the price of the charger once I purchased a new one. Knowing that whatever I do to my device and it's accessories is covered is a great feeling. I strongly recommend Safeware when it comes to electronic devices, their coverage and customer service is unmatched.

I bought a Safeware Protection Plan on a PC that I purchased for my job. After about 8 months of running just fine, the PC went kaput. I contacted Safeware and they determined that the cost of the shipping and repair would be more than just replacing the PC, so they said they would send a check as soon as the old PC arrived via FedEx. This company has been great! My dog ate my furniture! No joke! I bought insurance through the company we purchased the furniture through and it covered pet damage which is exactly what we were looking for. They sent a tech out to inspect and within hours of him assessing it approved a replacement of our furniture. Fast, easy to work with and such a great insurance plan! Thank you!

I have been very happy with my Safeware 4 year warranty. It is almost up and my Apple Macbook most recently had issues costing over $500. Safeware approved my claims and fully reimbursed me for all repairs I had done at the Apple store. Their protection plans have put my mind at ease and I know I will be taken care of. Thank you for such a great experience!

We purchased a MacBook Pro for our son when he was a freshman in college. He's in his junior year and his charger decided not to work DURING FINALS WEEK! I purchased another charger for him immediately and learned that Safeware warranty would cover the cost of the new charger. I'm sure glad I purchased this plan!

Love Safeware! Robert Bosley was great and made it easy to make claims and communicate with the people who serviced my laptop, and Apple. Highly suggest this for anyone who is accident prone like myself.
