I purchased the safeware insurance about a year ago when I bought my MacBook. A couple of months ago my MacBook started to not work or turn on the logic board had broke randomly. I then contacted safeware and they sent a label for me to send my computer out for repairs. The only problems I had were they said this would be a 2-3 week process in getting back my computer and it's been about a month and a half almost. I would never ever use this company again. I have a 2 year old Maytag washer and dryer bought from Henry's Appliance in Springfield. They were $470 each plus tax and we purchased an extended 10 year warranty. The washing machine has had the computer go out two times in 6 mos. The warranty company replaced it the first time but would not the second time. We lost our no good warranty and they took $220 off the price of a new almost $600 machine. We bought a Apple Mac Pro in 2016. We also bought the extended warranty thru safeware & it really came in handy this week. I was able to bring it into apple service center and got a diagnosis on it, sent it in to safeware which they approved immediately & I was able to get it fixed in a timely matter. Thank you Darielle for all your help. I really appreciate it

I haven't had my laptop for more than a couple months and the charger broke so I was unable to use my laptop. I filed a claim and within a few days a reply was sent with all the information that I needed to get a new charger. They were prompt and friendly so I would definitely recommend this service.

I called to place a claim, they sent me an email within 24 hours of communication with details as to what I need to do, and I was sent a check in the mail. Doesn't get simpler then that folks

I purchased a Safeware Extended Service Plan for a new MacBook Pro in 2014 which covered me for 3 years including Accidental Damage Protection. The MacBook would not power on recently and since it was post Apple's 1 year manufacturer's warranty I contacted Safeware and they opened a claim. Unfortunately they did not have a repair facility close to me so they gave me two options.
