I worked with Tania and she was amazing! Safeware tried to fix the ice maker in my refrigerator many times and then ended up doing the right thing--They gave us a full refund! We are very pleased with their service and in fact purchased their warranty on our replacement. Good to know there are still honorable companies out there.

Service is fast and very reliable. My computer needed an entire new hard drive and it was fixed within two weeks. I could not have asked for better service than what Safeware provided. I would recommend it to anyone!

If I could give no stars I would, I've been dealing with this company and their Reps since May and my problem is still not resolved. They lie and give you the run around saying this has to be ordered or the system didn't generate this or that, someome will call you, etc. I've heard it all by now from this company.I will never ever buy another protection plan from this company again. They do bad business and don't care about their customers or reputation, it's all about profit. Do Not but from them. Meanwhile my couch is stil... read more

This insurance protection plan is a total sham. They have promoted this insurance protection plan to the furniture dealers as a "paws and claws" protection plan that covers damage caused from pets. The furniture dealer indicated they would cover any damage caused from pets. When I submitted a claim and pictures for cat scratches, it was denied because it was not defined as a single incident. I purchased Safeware for my laptop when I bought it through my college. Just recently my trackpad stopped working. When I first contacted Safeware, I was a little upset because I was told that things such as manufacturer defects were not covered, only accidents and mechanical issues. They fixed my problems whenever needed. However, there seemed to be some fraudulent activity on my account. I cannot yet say whether the issue has been completely resolved.

I had trouble with my laptop and filed a claim. The company got back to me quickly and I was able to talk to a real person about my concerns. Unfortunately my problem was not covered by the protection I paid for. This being said, the person who I talked to (Corey) was so helpful and walked me through my problem and what the next steps I needed to take. I felt like they really cared about making me a happy customer.
