My Mac charger broke and I called shareware to figure out what to do. It was very simple and quick. I went and purchased the charger, and SafeWare reimbursed me for the amount on the receipt!
So far they've reimbursed all three macbook repairs I've needed to be done. I paid $300 for 3yrs of insurance, and it has paid for itself 4times over. I was also impressed with their response time and customer service
The first time I used Safeware I gave it four stars and this was what I said about it: Insurance policies are never easy but with Safeware I was able to get my computer fixed without having to pay anything. My only complaint is that it took an extremely long time to fix (like three+ weeks) it but I don't think that is usually the case. Now that I've used them again, I've lowered my rating to a three. Great company to have a warranty through. Very quick and professional with all issues with equipment. My laptop got shipped to the company, fixed, and shipped back in less than two weeks. Recommend for anyone to use Safeware.
We bought furniture back in 2014. Soon after we bought it we noticed cushions losing firmness and arms of sofa denting in. After a few visits to try and repair to no avail we contacted Safeware because of our lifetime warranty. They gave us amazing customer service and after a few conversations and phone calls they honored our warranty with a replacement set. We are very pleased with this company and they gave great customer service

Our recent experience with Safeware was great! Once we got our warrantied product replaced, we submitted the paperwork and our refund was processed.
I had no problem getting my sons computer fixed, they gave me several options of places to take it near me and were always fast in contacting me when ever i had questions or concerns on the process. I am very glad i purchased this policy for his computer!!
