I had to file a claim with Safeware for a fitness treadmill I use in my office. The company that they gave me didn't respond in two weeks of my sending them phone calls and emails. I thought they would just throw up their hands and say oh well, too bad, I guess you're going to have to get your treadmill repaired on your own if the one repair firm that we know in your area is not responding to you. But instead, they went ahead and reimbursed me anyway for somebody that I found on my own, who came out within 24 hours. And now ... read more

Safeware fixed my computer after water damage. It took awhile but they got it done. Glad I can get an 25$ amazon gift card for doing this since it cost 25$ to ship my computer to them in the first place.

dealing with safeware, furniture store, and repairman has been a night mare, for a month now. All I'm getting is the run-around . I would Never buy this insurance again fr safeware.from all 3 of them

So much better than Apple Care. Cheaper and more comprehensive than Apple Care. Every experience I've had with their customer service has been positive and efficient.

My MacBook out of nowhere would not turn on - tried charging it and all kinds of button combinations. But still, nothing. I started to freak out. I went to my campus computer store and they directed me to the Apple store. I went to the Apple store for a free diagnosis and found out the repairs would cost $500. Honestly, purchasing this insurance was the best decision i made while buying my laptop. I thought my coverage was expired when i called but the rep was so nice and let me know my status. My laptop charger died (RIP) and all i had to do was give my insurance number and explain what my issue was and i received a claim number and a confirmation email. I posted a review on their Facebook page that I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with the company and Sarah David who handled my claim. It is so refreshing to deal with people who actually keep their promises and follow through.
