Safeware got my malfunctioning 2-yr old Windows Surface Pro 3 replaced quickly and without a hassle! I have never before had such a great experience with a third party warranty company! I will definately be purchasing this warranty again!

I called Safeware on March 2nd to make a claim. The guy I talked to was super nice and made sure I knew how to get my reimbursement for a broken mac charger. I submitted photos of my broken charger, a copy of my receipt, and an address to send the check on Friday 3/3. They responded on Monday sayig the refund was in process and to allow 10-14 business days for it to arrive. But the check arrived in the mail that Saturday (only 5 business days!!). When I called to receive additional information on the claim process, the lady was very helpful. After about 24 hours I received a notification that my claim had been processed. They told me my disbursement check would be processed within two days and then it would take 10-12 days to ship and arrive. Overall the experience was good, but it would have been nice if I didn't have to call to understand that I needed to attach the receipt and damaged photo! Safe ware warranty was so helpful. They got me my money back and I had no trouble communicating with them. They responded to my emails very quickly and were super helpful.

When my laptop charger broke Safeware was fast, helpful and trustworthy during the replacement process. I was contacted less than 24 hours after filling out a brief description online of my claim and the less than two weeks later I received a check for the replacement. I would recommend Safeware to a friend and was happy with the excellent customer service they provided.
