I had somehow broken my transformer tablet and had a cracked screen, luckily with the warranty purchase from safeware they were very quick and responsive to helping me resolve my issue. After having the warranty where I did not think I would need it, it came in very much handy after use of 1 year. I had my computer charger die, after it being very tattered and old. I contacted safeware, and they were able to reimburse me after I purchased a new one. Since the chargers are expensive it's nice that the safety plans not only cover the computers, but they also cover the accessories!

Contracted Safeware about my couch on Nov. 15,2016, Sent pics of the broken pieces on Nov. 16. Safeware tells me they have ordered the part but no responsive, I have informed them numerous times the place they ordered the part from is OUT OF BUSINESS!! This has been going on for almost 5 MONTHS. I guess if there is no action by next week I will have to contact a LAWYER!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
My daughter had several problems with her Dell laptop that we purchased through her school and at the time also purchased the Safeware contract to cover any repairs for four years. We recently sent the laptop through to them for repairs. I purchased Safeware for my macbook a year and half ago. My trackpad and keyboard started malfunctioning so I took it to an apple store. It was out of warranty so they were going to make me pay for any repairs. I called up Safeware and within 15 minutes I was able to set up a claim. I got the repairs done through my preferred avenue and totally covered by my Safeware plan. I had my computer up and running again within a few days. I forgot I had Safeware honestly, so I went to get my laptop fixed at Apple. After I realized I had Safeware, they agreed to refund me what I paid Apple. As a struggling and starving student, I really really appreciated this. It was easy with no fuss. I am happy!
