Safeware Claim 3094380 Sarah David was an AMAZING help! This process was a breeze with her assistance. I took out the warranty on my couch, and it "fell apart" a year after or so. After having the adjuster out, and working with Sarah resolution has been achieved! I work in service, and can appreciate what they do! Thank you Safeware!!!

do not wast your money I have been trying to get my computer fixed or replaced for 3 months.

I have been calling safeware since around Sept. Fast Furn came out in oct and accessed our furniture pieces claim number 3082004 my first supervisior? Was Aundrea Matthews who I continued to call and leave messages for weeks with no response. Finally someone transferred me to Terrance who in turn told me Aundrea was no longer there and he was taking her place. SAVE YOUR MONEY - Refused Claim - told me it was a DEFECT and normal wear. Material peeling on one chair. BUT Since WE didnt do anything to cause it they wont cover it

Dealing with this company has been nothing but frustrating. I filed a claim at the beginning of October to get my couch repaired and it is still not resolved. I have called and sent several e-mails to no avail. Every time I get in touch with someone, they say they are looking into it and then nothing happens. *Slight edit to this post - I was finally contacted by Safeware to get this claim rolling. Have a Samsung washer that has not worked right for 2 months. They have came out several times nothing has fixed the problem. Now they want to five me $300 dollars for my washer. I don't want the money I paid 900+ for my washer I just want it fixed. Safe ware is a rip off

So disappointed in this company. Bought an extended warranty for our Samsung washing machine. It has been broke for almost a month. We have placed numerous calls to safeline trying to get someone out for service. We always get the same response....someone will contact us with in 48. Poor customer service and no one returns out calls.
