Since zero is not an option, I had to use 1. If you have any common sense or brains in your head, DO NOT use this company. Their idea of a technician is someone carrying 1 screwdriver and his little electronic ticket machine to print out the bill. The service contracts are a joke and a rip off.

Hmm where do I start... I've had the same issue THREE times now since I bought my furniture! A dark snake skin looking spot on my couch I have made a claim twice and all they do is send Stanley steamer here and it does nothing so I waited a little while and did my second claim same thing Stanley steamer came didn't get the stain out and then this time I call AGAIN (third time) they tell me my claim is denied because it's a one time claim with "stains" and basically told me it's a filth build up well newsflash I'm NOT filthy!... read more

If you are considering a warranty, make sure you know who the insurance provider is, and if its Safeware, you should pass. They chose an extraordinarily poor repair company, and after we complained after the first visit and after reading the reviews of others online of the repair company, they said it was the best they could do. Bought a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Good Deal Appliance, and it failed. Being 17 months after purchase, it was under extended warranty.
