I've used Safeware for years and they have always done a great job with customer service, answering questions & helping with claims. Overall I would suggest their service to anyone!

If I could give a 0 I would. They changed their policy in the middle of my current insurance I have with them for my computer. The website makes false claims for ways they deal with claims. I bought 3 policies from them and would NEVER recommend EVER getting anything from them ever again. Worst company ever.
I had an issue with my front load washing machine. My boyfriend and I bought the extended warranty when we purchased it not quite 3 years prior. We contacted the place we purchased the washing machine from and they contacted the warranty company for us. Nicole Joseph from Safeware contacted us and told us we could replace our washer for no charge! She was very friendly and awesome to work with. Very courteous throughout the whole process! It has taken some time, about a month now, for everything to be processed, put into motion, dealt with, and resolved but it all went very smoothly! Safeware kept in close contact During the entire duration of my claim the Safeware staff kept in very close contact. They were very thorough in everything they did! Very easy process to go through, just a long one! But it was worth it! Thanks Safeware, I really appreciate your services. Keep it up!

I have insurance on my laptop through Safeware and despite some initial difficulties (I got transferred around a few times, they told me twice to take the laptop in to my campus bookstore which is not a Dell service provider), I was very happy overall with my experience. I got a claim opened and was able to get my computer to a location only ~20 mins away from my work and home within 24 hours. It was fixed, totally free, and back in action within 1 more day. I LOVE SAFEWARE!!! I am a student at the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor where we are offered the Safeware protection for all electronics! I am so glad that I purchased the insurance. I recently had a problem (liquid damage) with my MacBook Air and was really distressed, seeing as I am currently in a foreign country and didn't know where I could take my computer to get fixed! Iseman Knight our "claims adjuster" was responsive and prompt in apparently resolving a rather complicated claim involving a reasonably expensive custom piece of leather furniture.....it did take some time and will not be completed until the furniture manufacturer remakes the leather sofa..... we are, however, confident that the claim will be settled to our satisfaction

It has taken some time, but Safeware has kept in contact with us during the duration of our claim. We just received word today that our couch will be replaced. I called the company we originally purchased the couch from. They have ordered a replacement; however, we have to pick it up at their offices in Osage City, bringing in the old couch to be returned. Rather a lot of hassle for us. But thank you, Safeware, we appreciate your attention and follow-up. We realize you have no control over TNT, Furniture Loft.
