I accidentally dropped my laptop, but good thing I had Safeware! The return process was quite simple. My school's computer store took care of shipping for me and told me it would be about 2-6 weeks for the repair. No problem, because I was given a loaner laptop in the meantime. I was kept up-to-date via email of the progress of the repair along the way. I received the laptop back a couple weeks later repaired and looking brand new! The customer service was excellent and they helped walked me through the entire process making it as simple as possible for me. The turn around time to get my computer back was fast which allowed me to get back to my work quicker. I'm very happy that I have the Safeware protection for my computer and would recommend getting it for any computer, it saved me over $1,000 in repairs!

The original repair services contracted by Safeware for my Surface 3 were a nightmare; the repair took too long, they did not return my power cord and then they went out of business, so I had to purchase a new power cord.
