I had the best experience with Safeware! I broke my laptop towards the end of the school year and thought I was going to have to go through an expensive and daunting reimbursement process. But Safeware enabled me to still be able to use my schools IT services (even though I was moving) and shipped my laptop to my new address. As a student this alleviated so much stress over figuring out how to pay to get your laptop fixed. I have the 4 year plan and will definitely renew it!!!!

Perfect experience. All insurance should work this smoothly. Issue was with an iPod Touch. Email conversation about the problem and resolution took place with ease. I got responses quickly. Clear instructions about how to describe the issue and what to do with the product. Easy to ship back. Easy follow-up. I have zero complaints about this and will use them again on future purchases.

I am currently studying abroad in Australia and about 3 months into my program my MacBook Air's keyboard stopped functioning which turned into failure to turn on. After going to the Apple store and discovering that a wire needed replacement, I contacted Safeware about the insurance I purchased and they were able to help immediately. Despite being half way around the world, I was still able to get my laptop fixed and the charges covered under my insurance. Had a spill on a MacBook that killed the battery and screen. Safeware covered the damage 100%! Back in three days and all of the data and apps intact. Easy communication over the email with clear directions.

Right before finals week my laptop started having problems and I definitely didn't have the time to worry about getting it fixed on my own so I sent it in to Safeware. Before long they had figured out what was wrong with my laptop and had started making repairs on it. Not long after finals had ended my laptop was back at my doorstep ready for use. Thank you so much!
