Safeware staff were extremely timely and responsive in helping me with strategizing the repair of my laptop. I had the repair completed within 3 days. The paperwork for reimbursement was easy to submit. We had a bit of a delay in the processing of the refund, but it was easily resolved by the Safeware staff. I am very happy with their approach to customer service and I think this is an excellent product. Of course, it's best when laptops never fail, but if/when they do, it's good to have this policy! Thanks!

Last month, my MacBook's keyboard and touchpad started acting funky, and eventually died completely. I brought it into the local Apple store and found out that I had water damage, not covered by warranty. I had a Safeware protection plan from my school, and even though I'm home for the summer, Safeware let me send it to Apple and covered the full cost of repair. They're very responsive and made what could have been a massive inconvenience easy to overcome. Thanks guys!
I filed a claim on my Granddaughters iphone (my second one) when I contacted safeware, they responded to me right away. They gave me options and when I chose to take my phone to the Apple store they explained they could not pay for but I could e-mail them the receipt and they would reimburse me. The next day I took the phone to Apple, the repaired it, the following day I sent the receipt to Safeware. My mokm doesn't have a Facebook so I'm writing this review for her. Sarah price from NY. Our couch had damage and were getting refunded to the store we got it from originally from. We went to look at a the show room and there were bugs on 3 mattresses and a dresser. Not sure what it was but it was gross, and we decided not to risk getting bugs. As a college student, having a working laptop is extremely important to me. After my laptop charger stopped working, the insurance I purchased through Safeware enabled me to get a new laptop charger and reimbursement with no hassle at all!
