I purchased a sectional from Weekends Only, being an employee of WEO you hear all about Safeware and the protection plan. I recently had an issue with my MacBook Air computer I use for school. I had purchased a Safeware plan along with my computer to last me my four years of college. This summer, the hard drive crashed and I would have probably had to get another computer if I didn't have this plan. I recently used your service for a laptop warranty repair, your customer service department provided multiple options to repair the laptop at my convenience. Subsequently the approval needed to authorize the repair was done quickly and efficiently. Overall, the customer service department was professional and extremely responsive.
I recently submitted a claim for my daughter's Macbook that she uses for college. She needed it repaired ASAP and Safeware allowed us to have it done locally instead of shipping it out and they are reimbursing us for the repair. Would highly recommend.
We are so glad we decided to purchase Safeware as an added insurance policy in case our daughter needed it at school. Wouldn't you know it, she needed it when her laptop fell and damaged the USB port and screen. Safeware was fantastic throughout the whole claim process. The whole process took only a couple of weeks and the laptop is as good as new. Thanks for everything Safeware.
