Safeware has been absolutely wonderful! They are always quick to respond and their plans have covered every issue (even with the charger!) that I’ve had over the past couple of years. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Safeware was super helpful with information regarding insurance on one of my devices. They allowed me to receive the maximum amount of coverage on my device. Their means of communication was also timely and informative. I definitely recommend their insurances for devices.

I purchased the Safeware warranty when I bought my new MacBook Air when I started college and it covered any accidental damages. I recently broke my charger and purchased a new one and this plan reimbursed me for the cost of my charger no questions asked.

I am, overall, very pleased with Safeware's service, and received reimbursement as promised, in a timely fashion. However, there was a long delay from when I put in the claim, and I had to call them to discover that I was supposed to purchase a replacement charger and send the receipt for reimbursement. There was no indication on the claim form or information page to say I should do that. When I went online to check my claim status, it said they were waiting for information from the customer. Very quick with claims, honest, straightforward, would definitely buy again! I bought a 4 year protection plan for my $2500+ macbook pro 3 years ago. I was skeptical when purchasing because of the availability of Applecare, but this plan provided longer coverage, so I went with Safeware. Well last week (almost 3 years to the day) my charger stopped working, and Safeware asked me to buy a new one, send a picture, and provide a mailing address. When my Macbook Air charging cable broke after using it for over two years, I contacted Safeware online and they quickly received my claim and responded to it. I bought my new charger, and am now happily waiting for my reimbursement check from Safeware to come in the mail. The process was quick and easy, and I am happy that I registered for the Safeware Protection Plan.
