Last year, it took over two months to get my treadmill fixed. I reported another claim about 2 weeks ago and have received no response. I contacted Safeware last Friday and was told my adjuster would contact me in 24-72 hours, still no response. I’m going to lose most of my extended warranty just waiting on this company to do its job. Heck, I could become a certified repairman in the time it takes them to fix this thing. I currently have a claim open with Safeware and the entire has been horrible!! There has not been any activity on my claim and I cannot get in touch with the adjuster for an update. The online status is open but the last activity on the claim was on 3/12/18. I will never purchase a protection plan for anything through them and would not recommend anyone use their services!!
It was surprisingly easy to get a replacement charger when mine broke! I was braced for a whole pain in the neck process, but it only took a few minutes and my reimbursement was in the mail :)

This has been the most horrid experience I have ever had with a warranty company! I will never use this company again and I will tell anyone who will listen that this company doesn't do what there supposed to do. An definitely not in a reasonable amount of time!

Service was quick and it was nice to have a customer service rep (Rose) who I could chat with and have immediate communication with. They had a much quicker than expected turnaround on my laptop, and they were quick with information about reimbursement for a new charger when that broke. Highly recommend, definitely different than Applecare but has already paid off much more than Applecare with significantly less hassle.

I have a safe ware policy for my laptop, which I have had for three years now. Recently the charger for it died on me! Within 24 hours I had assistance on making a claim and been contacted about the reimbursement process for a new charger. Everyone who worked with me was so kind and willing to help. I would recommend this company to anyone! It was truly the greatest and quickest customer service I have ever had.

I bought a Safewear policy for my son's laptop while he is in college. The screen went blank due to a connection. I called Safeware right away to tell them the problem and they were very helpful in getting the laptop fixed quickly. They are very responsive with email and are willing to help in every way. Amazing experience. I am a college student who is constantly running around trying to do a million things at once. I had to get a replacement charger and needed to get a claim on it. I forgot to send them the receipt for 2 months. They are so understanding.
