took forever to get someone out here and was told it's ready to use today just couldn't use the cleaning feature still waiting on a part...well it doesn't get hot!

This company is a fraud. I paid for a warranty for my sectional. A tech came to my home and determined the couch had bad springs. I filed this claim in January and my couch is still not fixed and we are approaching July. I have constantly been given the run around. I have emailed my adjuster Wendy Rine and the supervisor Ben Boyd. I am not asking for anything for free, other than having my couch repaired because I PAID for a warranty. Very happy with Safeware Customer service. Purchased 4 year coverage for our son's laptop as he started college. Three years in, the laptop needed a covered repair. Safeware consultants returned our calls and emails on a timely manner, instructed us on what to do, and the process has been very smooth. It was refreshing to always be able to speak to a real person and not be stuck in an online chat!

Scammers. Been trying to have my couch repaired for two years now. Every time I talk to someone they say it is covered, they say they will send somebody right out, and then don’t. If I demand to speak to a manager they tell me one will call me within 6 to 8 hours they always give me their word that somebody will call, they never do.

I had dealt with this insurance company since Dec. of 2017 to fix or replace my couch since it was under warranty. This company NEVER contacted me unless I called the furniture store myself. Finally, Safeware gave me a credit to get a new couch. When I called the store to tell them, the furniture store went out if business. Nice......I finally got a new couch yesterday but it was a chore. The furniture company asked me if I wanted to buy a warranty. I asked if it was through Safeware and they said yes. Absolutely terrible customer service, no call backs, no follow through, failed promise, will never go to weekends only and never take out Safewre extended warranty

My whole experience started off shaky with Safeware, my case got closed multiple times with Barrister (tech company) because Safeware never got back to them in 3 days with an update so it was closed. Bottom line after 2 months of back in forth Tabatha Hall got on phone with me and fixed all the problems and issues. Her support was awesome, needed her involved in the very beginning.

Horrible customer service! All we’re told is that the claim is being processed and it’s been months! Any companies out there that try to resell this insurance should be wary. You align yourself with this company and it impacts your reputation as well! 6/20- I’m editing my review from a 1 to a 3, as the company did make me whole. However, a resolution should not have taken 3 months and a public airing of how bad their service was. It took posting a negative review to get any traction.
