I had a very positive experience with Safeware. Their coverage lasts longer than the normal product warranty, so I was protected even when my computer was damaged just after the normal warranty ended. They were very quick to respond and approved my claim for computer repairs in a matter of days. Thank you!

Purchased an extended service plan with Safeware and I am so glad I did. The charger broke for my MacBook and it was so easy to purchase a new one, submit a claim, and get my reimbursement check! Robert and Liz went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend!

It’s nearly been a month and no ones come out to fix my Fridge. It wont close properly, and its freezing the food in my fridge. Somethings wrong with the seal l and tiny flies are getting in which I cant explain because Im borderline OCD. I keep getting the run around. When ever I speak to someone at Safeware they say there gonna fix the problem and have someone contact me but they never do. I would not recommend anyone buy a protection plan through Safeware there a big let down and pain in the neck.

Very unhappy that I paid over $1100 for furniture less than 2 years ago and it is ruined. The material started cracking and tearing and now I have a love seat with holes in it. Based on a handful of pictures, our claim was denied due to “normal wear and tear”. It is not normal for furniture to crack and tear after a year and a half. I am embarrassed to have company! We submitted a claim July 26, someone came out and looked at our furniture, submitted their paperwork and pictures to Safeware. IT WENT NO WHERE! Communication from Co is nonexistent. Looked up claim status today, says CLOSED as of Aug 15. Our furniture is not repaired/replaced. This place is a ripoff!!!!!!!1

Would highly recommend safeware! Everything was very simple and super quick, honestly was expecting everything to get dragged out and take a while, but after my laptop charger fell apart my claim was approved in less than a day, and I got a check in the mail in less than a week.
