I bought the insurance for my laptop about 3 years ago. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when my charger broke down. They reimbursed the replacement and the whole process was really smooth.

Very impressed at the quality of customer service with Safeware. My claim was immediately processed, and there was an representative in contact with me the next day. This representative stuck with me through the whole process, and was very prompt on returning emails. The electronic funds transfer is the topping on the cake, so glad I didn't have to wait on the mail for reimbursement. I am extremely satisfied I purchased this insurance plan.

After submitting a claim regarding my sofa, I was told that someone from Safeware would contact me to get more information about the incident that occurred and the damage to the sofa. After more than a week, I contacted the furniture store where I purchased the sofa and explained to them that I had yet to hear from Safeware. A few days later, I received a text message from Safeware stating that they needed pictures of the furniture damage and for me to submit them via email. I did so immediately. Safeware fixed my laptop that had water damage for no extra charge after I bought the insurance plan. Tabatha called and checked up with me after I got my laptop back and made sure everything went as planned. I was glad that I got my MacBook back before I start back to nursing school.

I had a 4-year Safeware warranty for my MacBook Pro. After accidentally dropping my computer and completely destroying the display, I contacted Safeware and filed an online claim for repair. I was contacted one day later by Darielle and together we found a local repair shop- no questions, no hassle, no problems. Great customer service experience! My apple charger stopped working, and they reimbursed me for the new charger expense. I got responses to all my emails within 24 hours.

Caveat Emptor. Buyer beware. Paid $440 for warranty for some very expensive leather furnture. Submitted a claim on 8/9/18 for some pet damage. Took and submitted multiple photos. Found out on 8/10/18 the claim was denied because the damage was "cumulative" and not a one time "accident." Also, had to file a claim via chat since I could not reach a live person on the phone. Horrible company!
