Sarah from Safeware has been such a pleasure to work with. She emailed me immediately after filing my claim and touched base daily to inform me of what was going on. This was such a quick and easy process. I am happy we purchased the additional warranty on our furniture through this company!

The Safeware rep I dealt with, Sarah David, was highly professional, polite, and very responsive. When they discovered my furniture cloth was discontinued they quickly provided a credit to replace my furniture. I am more than pleased with the level of service I received! 5+ stars and highly recommended!!!!

My laptop charger stopped working, which was really frustrating as a law student trying to prepare for my classes. I submitted a claim to Safeware for a refund for the new charger, and Liz assisted me along the way. She helpfully reminded me when I hadn't sent her two easy pictures and ensured that my refund was not lost in my own personal shuffle. Thank you for help!

After my Laptop charger stopped working, I submitted a claim to Safeware for a refund for a new charger. Liz did a great job of making this process very easy and stress free. Whenever I emailed her, she would always respond very quickly. I highly recommend using Safeware if you have any similar problems like me.

Claim No.: 8038302 Pamela was very helpful throughout the process. I have my repaired MacBook and it works! Thank you! Claim No.: 8071011 Liz was also very helpful! I was able to buy a new charger yesterday, and now my MacBook is up and running again! I appreciate the fast turn around and am grateful for the great service! 5 stars 🌟

I had a very positive experience with safeware, the most positive experience with insurance companies so far. Liz Boyd gave me very clear instructions and responded my email in a timely manner. My claim was approved one day after i submitted the request online. Would recommend it! Thank you!

I had my GE Cafe serviced under warranty and the service man told me I should ask Safeware about filing a claim since I lost a lot of food. Normally you need to have the service person sign a claim form (which I knew nothing about) so I reached out to Safeware for help. I did take pictures of the food i lost, after the repair man suggested I contact them. Safeware is in the hedging business: they take your money for an extended warranty, then bet that you will either A) not have any problems or B) not pursue them when they deny the coverage or C) be so disappointed with the time it takes to repair/replace that you give up and buy new stuff.

We had issues with our couch from day one and after our manufacture warranty had ended we had even more issues. Thanks to Safeware and the diligence of Michelle with the manufacture and the dealer we are able to get a complete replacement. My experience was wonderful and I recommend them 1000%. Thank you again.
