I filed a claim for a replacement Mac charger cord, and the process could not have been more simple or more efficient. I just took a picture of the damaged cord, sent it to Safeware, and within hours I had the promise of reimbursement. Now that's customer service you just don't see these days.
RecommendedI purchased my laptop my freshmen year of college. Almost 3 years later my laptop charger was destroyed in my vacuum cleaner. I messaged Safeware to see if they would reimburse me for a new charger and I quickly got a response from Safeware saying they would send a check for the new charger. They were quick in responding and very efficient. I would highly recommend Safeware to anyone!

I got a computer two years ago through my college and it came with the four year warranty through Safeware. So when my computer suddenly stopped working completely I called the college and Safeware for info to get my computer fixed. I got a 4 year warranty with safeware and they've been amazing. I have had 3 chargers chewed on by my cat and will have to replace my graphic chip on my MacBook in the future. I'm not even worried about it if something happens as I know safeware has my back! Only feedback I can think of is the process time for a check can take up to two weeks as it's a reimbursement. Other than that, great company and awesome customer service!!!!
Safe ware replaced my Apple charger in no time! Withint one business day, everything was taken care of! They are fast and the workers are very helpful and kind. I had a great first experience with them!

My Macbook laptop charger broke and I have a 4-year protection plan with Safeware. After three years and no damages I was a little unsure what to expect but I figured it was worth a try. I filed a claim over the weekend and they contacted me back within the day answering all of my questions and telling me how to go about getting a new charger. Safeware allowed me to purchase the new charger from Apple and reimbursed the cost. I was very happy with my service and the easy process!
