My daughter attending Appalachian State her Freshman year, accidentally had a liquid spill on her new Apple Mac Book Air. Safeware came to the rescue thanks to the full protection I purchased at the time of purchasing the Mac Book for my daughter. Little did I know I would need it, let alone in her first year! Several weeks later after troubleshooting and parts order, he Mac Book came back to her in working order. Very Satisfied! Thanks Safeware!

I would recommend anyone who has a computer to invest in this. They fixed our severely damaged computer and returned it to us quickly and kept us updated the entire time!
Safeware personnel were pleasant on the phone when calling for a repair and handled my difficult situation being an out of state student extremely well. They were courteous and connected me to the right people to address my repair and were able to accommodate my needs remotely. I am very happy with this service plan and would recommend it to students, even if you are out of state like me.
I am currently studying abroad in Italy and my laptop broke and would not function properly. I took my laptop to the nearest apple store to get a quote on repairs then contacted Safeware about my issue. I was nervous at first that I would not be able to get it fixed here in Italy and be reimbursed, but safeware was such a huge help and reimbursed me for the entire cost of repair. Safeware was very prompt with emailing and easy to converse with. Thanks so much!

I recently had problem with my laptop so I contacted Safeware and they tried to help me figure out a solution to why my laptop would not charged. I would plug it up and ur would come on but if the adapter feel out it would cut right off. I was contacted by a member of Safeware and we came to a conclusion. Recently, I filed a claim with Safeware because my CD drive was no working. I didn't have a Safeware repair location in my area, so they were very flexible in allowing me to take my MacBook to the nearest Mac Store for repairs. My computer was repaired, Safeware reimbursed me for all the costs, and they were readily available to answer my questions. Overall great experience with Safeware!

We purchased a laptop for my daughter to start college and added the Safeware warranty. She had an accidental spill, so we started the process of filing a claim.
