I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for more than 6 months with Safelite Auto in ************, **. I have made appointments and taken my car there 3x's with still the same crack. The first time I took it, they called me after I had dropped it off to say the replacement glass was cracked. Safelight technician destroyed my automatic rain detector on my X5 *** while replacing my windshield. The store manager refused to take responsibility for the damaged module.

They are a bunch of scam artists. I want to alert anyone who thinks they are the company they want to contract with to repair a windshield. They completely deleted work from their systems that was done on my windshield so they would not have a papertrail to that work if something went wrong after the faulty work was completed. They are actually no stars but this program forces you to put a star rating otherwise it will not move forward to allow you to complete this form.

Very disappointed with the service. I brought my Cadillac SUV in for replacement of the window shield and to replace the window shield blades based on their suggestion. The following morning I receive a voicemail that I need to bring the vehicle back because the window shield blades were not replaced. (The technician went to lunch and he had not replaced the blades. This business is awful. Our scheduled appointment was at 2 & they were 30mins late getting started on the windshield. After service was completed, got on the interstate headed home. Went to use the window spray to clean the **************** coming out somewhere other than the sprayers. Call every local phone number I could find & all 5 went to a call service out of state. Now more time has to be taken off of work for them to fix a problem that never should have happened!

I needed my windshield replaced. My insurance company required me to contact them for an appointment. They set appointment for the following week. They required a 9 hour reserve time - between 8 AM and 5 PM where I was needed to be at my residence. Rich called at 4:30 and wanted to reschedule me. I told him I cleared out my garage and was willing to have him replace my windshield that night. He said there was no way he was going to work after 8 PM. Rich was service person. WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE with Safelite Auto Window Repair that I hv had in TWENTY YEARS!! HOW do they REMAIN IN BUSINESS? My rear window on a 2017 ***** Impala was shattered by a stray bullet on 01/01/22. Safelite was CLOSED on weekends. Made 01/11/22 appt@1000am for EARLIEST appt possible. Arrived on time but told glass window stuck on GA due to supply chain issues. That Safelite would keep me abreast on its progress by email. Nothing for me to worry about. I have bee schedule 2 times to replace a windshield. The first time they call me to tell me that they got the windshield broken and need it to reschedule. The second time they just didn't show up or call.

I had the worst experience you can imagine I have had damage to my car door, been given the run around, and now still waiting for my window to be replaced because they keep forgetting to order the part. When I say I will NEVER use date lite again I mean it, I am a understanding person but when I call and am given the run around since Thanksgiving my patience has worn thin.
