Had an appointment for windshield replacement 8:00- 12:00 pm never showed up, never called! I called them around 12:30 after half hour waiting on hold they said glass didnt come in. This is my work vehicle. Now I have to take a second day off. But guarantee it wont be for Safelite!Wish I could leave less than 1 star

I like most folks went to this establishment in *****, ** to get my front windshield replaced. After less than one month the window cracked.. No biggie I thought, as these things happen. I rescheduled my appointment for the technician to come to me and fix the crack. The timeframe for the technicians arrival was between 12 - 5p. After waiting all day I called CS to check on my appointment. Horrible customer service, an extreme lack of communication. I went online to apply for the service. I was prompted to enter my insurance info and was then shown the price with and without insurance. I opted to not use my insurance since it was actually cheaper. The day the tech arrived to install the glass he realized it was the incorrect part. I set another appt., they arrived AGAIN with the incorrect part and the price had gone up even though it was the exact same incorrect part and again had to speak with customer servic... read more

I took my car on January 22 to get a replacement on my windshield. I got there at around 9am, the technician Koady told me he was going take care of my car like it was his. I felt at ease, never received a call that the car was ready, so I decided to go and check if it was ready. Got there around 1pm, the receptionist told me the technician wanted to talk to us. I had my driver's side front window on a 2008 ****** Outback replaced (mobile repair) in December 2021. The new window cut through the window gusset and did not seal properly, so I had to schedule a warranty appointment. During my first in-shop warranty appointment at the end of December, the tech pointed out that the window was not cut properly, which caused the improper seal and the damage to the gusset. My car got broken into and safelite is inconsiderably the worst . Firstly, I would like to say that I will not be ever using this company again. Secondly, I would like to say my story. I ordered a glass for my car in which they did not have and need me to wait a week to get it scheduled and placed on my car. When they come and try to put my glass they notice that they have the wrong glass. This place is only meant to charge an arm and a leg because they WANT to work with insurance. They know most peoples deductibles are over 500 so they want their price to reflect as such so they get more business. But its an absolute scam to work this way. I'm sure your service is fine or comparable to others but your price is just insane. I got quoted $700 to replace my windshield.... REALLY?? That is god awful. The other shops in my area (ones been in business for 22 years) charged me $245. Not for a repair for a replacemen... read more

If I could leave negative stars I would! Been waiting 2 weeks for my rapair and had to take the day off, they brought the wrong part and tried to blame me, then brought a broken part...somehow again my problem according to their shop supervisor. Well *************************** suite a and b ************** location, cancel our windshield repair 3 times now, my wife its driving and insecure car for over a month and your office just cancel the same day of the service. Sad i did not saw bbb before use that company
