Terrible! Customer service is poor. People are rude. They upped my premium 100 dollars because 2 discounts went off my rate due to a system failure. After she told me it's a system failure she says "just pay the extra money this month and we will give you your discounts back next month" ummmmm no y'all messed that up not me. I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she is the supervisor. The online portal and app are awful like literally can't see over half of the page. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with them.

Dropped us after replacing a windshields on our vehicles. I had 9 vehicles insured with them and had 3 windshields replaced and another with a repair. I would give them a NO-STAR. Absolutely the worse insurance company there is!!!

National General Insurance has been the worst insurance to deal with. The Process has been very stressful. They are scammers as they want to find anyway to deny your claim.

I totaled my car two months ago and they have yet to pay the lender for my car. I have called and sent many emails and no response. Please chose a better insurance company.

Stay away! They're getting out of paying for a rental car by lying and saying that our car repair is behind schedule. In fact, it is exactly on schedule and the collision repair shop has been very forthcoming throughout. We're switching insurance. We don't do business with cheats who throw their "preferred provider " under the bus and shortchange customers who have been with them for many years. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are paying for the repair.

Very sorry company that doesn't like to pay claims, they give you snotty attitudes. One of their customers rear ended my truck 5 months ago and still have not received a depreciation check, my next call is to NCDOI agent services division to file for a complaint and ask for a audit. Their employee Cameron B****** is very unprofessional, rude, and spiteful is the worst person ever to deal with, left on vacation and never did as he said he would, his manager had to help me . NO STARS or NGATIVE 20 STARS is the only appropriate rating for this awful place. The do not call you or respond to email. They bully you into taking low payouts under actual cash values. Even when filling with the Commission of the state these idiots dont care. they are by far the worst insurance company lol if you can even call them that. I an thankful that this is not my normal insurance company and I pray for anyone who actually gives these ppl money every month

I would choose 0 stars if able. I filed a claim with this insurance company when I was backed into by one of their clients in a parking lot. Fileing the initial claim was easy, however things got bad quick. I was assigned an adjuster and she told me the information she needed (I provided everything that very day). She called me by the end of the week to let me know they would be covering my claim and a check would be mailed out that day.
