June 21 of 2023 someone hit my car that has direct this is now august first they say they go thru a third party vendor to get police report went on so I got it in 15 minutes then said they didn’t receive it sent four copies then in Memphis a lot of the body shops will not take them so my body shop did boy had it been a mess these are the stupidest people I’ve ever seen trying to get my car fix that the lady that hit me went over four lanes of traffic and my car still in shop sorry folks

I have created a claim on 08/14/2023, inspection was supposed to happen on 08/17 3 days later. No one showed up to inspect the damages neither I have received any response from the company even after I followed up several times. I had to call again and have been told they are going the reschedule the inspection, have no idea how long more I have to wait. This was my first claim ever on the home though I had this insurance for few years. MY FIRST CLAIM EXPERIENCE!!!. Super bad customer service. Stay away, will not be renewing... read more

I have a 2004 Chevy Colorado and a 2000 Honda accord that direct would not allow me to put full coverage on because they said they were too old. So, my 42 year old son and, age 61, have been paying $217.00 just for liability for our two vehicles. I was recently sent a random email from state farm. I called and was offered a swinging deal :full coverage with car rental and roadside assistance for both vehicles for $191.06 monthly. This company is not to be trusted. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They cheated me out of thousands ... don't let them cheat you as well.

If I could give 0 stars, I wholeheartedly would. Don’t make the mistake of referring to Shafanta J**** as “Ms.” instead of “Mrs.” because she will deliver **** poor customer service (as if we care about her title). She was so dismissive to me and my sweet grandmother. This is a shiesty company and they will give you the runaround even if you were NOT at fault. I would recommend State Farm. BTW you look a mess in your wedding photos Shafanta ??

I signed up with National General through an Agent that Lied to me twice when she knew I didn't have the funds to pay the amount that they requested the first time it was $389.00 and she said just pay it you'll have 30 days and they cancelled me in 14 and then I called back to try to get this taken care of and then was told I had to pay 1 payment of $1240 and I told her I couldn't pay that again she said to pay by check and knowing the check would bounce better to have insurance than to be without and I had 30 days to make t... read more

It's been almost a year since my accident. I've had nothing but horrible experiences with thus insurance company. It took well over 9 months for them to pay my claim. And I'm still dealing with them and their lack of concern for any one of their customers. I've been transfered to higher ups because I can't get a response or call back and even then, the higher ups don't return calls or emails. I would give this zero stars if I could.
