I have been given run around concerning insurance claim on Stolen Vehicle and still No Results since March 24 2023 I was insulted by investigator and at 70 years he had me walk in Hot Sun
If I could give -10, I would. I pay for roadside, after 24 hours they never showed up. As I was calling to get an update I was given the run around, until eventually past midnight the dispatcher sounded asleep and she said 6 am, even after 24 hours nobody called or came. Services I pay for but did not receive. Then my insurance was dropped because of the sorry agent I had, a mistake on their behalf is now costing me fees and my registration has been suspended. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this insurance company if you love your things. there is no effort or care in the work they do. Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Rude employees, terrible customer service.. delays on settling the simplest claims. They never return calls or emails. Call your lawyer before dealing with these people. They will take advantage you.
This company is terrible. They are impossible to get a hold of to make changes to my policy. I used to be able to do it by computer. They took access down from their site. Their offices are closed. I am being charged for something that I shouldn't be getting charged for and it's not possible to ammend. I've sent them over 8 emails over the past week with no responses. Please assist me
My insurance went up $100 not due to accidents or tickets. I decided to find a different policy that gave me a rate with another insurer that was back to my normal rate. While trying to cancel my policy it seemed like they were scamming me trying their hardest not to let me cancel. I was transferred to multiple lines. Disconnected. REPEATEDLY. This company (like others you will see complaining) took my money and is blaming my bank when my bank is not the issue here. I’ve never had issues with my bank before and it won’t be starting now. Very fishy company, go with someone else if you can. I paid my bill a week ago and now they are taking MORE money a week later? Never happened before. Safe Auto sold out to National General. I could no longer make a payment to Safe Auto after they prompted me to set up an account with NG, after doing so I could no longer log into Safe Auto. I bought a truck and needed to add it to my insurance to transfer it into my name. So I contacted National General. My account was to start in September. It was June at this time. Unprofessional, openly mocked me for expecting specific times for an appraisal appointment by some guy named Mario. Frustrating , confusing and time consuming process. They treat you like dirt. They don’t want to actually have to pay for full damages. If you have them drop em. If one of their clients hits you don’t use their insurance trash people and trash company.
