No Stars should be given to this company. I have been dealing with a claim issue since May where I have been stuck with a car rental bill over $700. This company insured the driver that hit my car, they assumed responsibility for the damages and left me with the rental cost. I called And emailed the claims rep Kristen and Her Supervisor Joseph to no Avail and I’m now ready to reach higher ground since my work Thurs far has gottten me no where. I need the number to corporate HQ.

My car was hit while LEGALLY parked by a driver insured through National General on June 2, 2023. The front driver side fender was dented enough to cause the driver side door not to open, and since the power steering was electric and not hydraulic, the impact caused a driver assist and collision computer failure.The car was unrivaled. This company is not deserving of one star. My car was involved in an accident on May 8th 2023. The claim was filed the same day, the first adjuster (Ivan G*******) never answered the phone or returned any of my calls. Then I was informed to speak to his supervisor (Oscar R****) which was not any better! I have made numerous attempts to contact them multiple times (which I documented) with no answer or call back and as of today June 7th my car is still in the shop! STARTED INSURANCE 6/5/2023 AND WAS QUOTED $05.66, PAID THAT, INSTANTLY RECEIVED ANOTHER BILL FOR NEXT MONTH OF JULY AND THE SCUMBAGS RAISEDTHE **** BILL TO $111.83. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH **** IN TODAYS MARKETPLACE WITH THE ""LIES"" THE AGENTS SAYTO GET YOU IN THE ***DOOR!!!! I'M GOING BACK TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY. ****

Do not set up Auto-Pay, but if you do, watch every payment they take. I set up AutoPay for 130.31 n 6 payments later of 168.31 and 2 payments over 200 each. All was overdrawn due to thier reason of my lapsing in insurance coverage. However, there is and was no lapse. They seemingly could not verify, insurance id card obviously wasn't good enough n they needed snoop into my declaration page to see how close they can b to my other policy without undercharging me! Worst insurance agency ever. Purchased RV insurance had a minor claim. 3 months later RV still in the adjuster's recommended repair shop. They haven't even ordered the parts yet. Adjusted does not return calls and claim is showing closed on my policy. Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After requesting and getting confirmation of removal of Autopay, I woke up with a lovely surprise of $376 withdrawn from my account. When I call them, they say they have no record of me requesting to be removed from Autopay. Moreover, my policy amount is $270, not sure where this mysterious other $106 came from. I had to cancel my policy effective 6/30. Every month it's something else with this company. If they say your policy amount is $270, be prepared for a few extra hundred to be taken out of your account. These guys are... read more

This insurance company SUCKS with a capital S. Automobile been in body shop for 8 weeks and still have not approved the repairs. Shop has reached out to the adjuster but no replies. I have called, emailed and texted for weeks and no response. This company is a complete sham. If I ever get my automobile back. I am dropping them like a hot potato. They don’t even deserve one star!
