I have been with them for a couple years and called to cancel my insurance 2 weeks before my due date and they gave me a hard time cancelling even after I had my new insurance company call them and sent them a copy of my insurance. They finally called me and said they had everything they need but they will be charging me 26.72 because I pay by the day not the month. What a scam they are the worst company. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had. I am a customer of esurance and they use them for claims, so they should treat me like their customer as well. But instead I was treated like a criminal being interrogated over an alleged door scratch. Lisa with this company needs some serious training on customer service and professional. Worst experience I've had in a long time!
My car was totaled November 27th 2022 and here it is March 9th 2023 my claims adjuster has called me once to give me a quote on what they’ll be paying me. But I have YET to receive anything from them this is becoming extremely frustrating for me not only can I not afford another car I can’t even get to work. Something needs to be DONE it’s not right at all.
After being rear-ended by one of their insureds, there have been nothing but delays and issues with paying our claim. One would think that being rear-ended should entitle us to being made whole with no questions asked, but here we are, months later still short a few hundred dollars after their insured used my vehicle as their brakes. Is the BBB using donations to come up with their business ratings? It makes no sense that this company has a higher score than a C-.
This is the worst company to ever file a insurance claim with! I filed a claim on 02/02/2023 and it is 03/06/2023. They only paid for the rental vehicle for 5 days! I drive for work for a living! The adjuster, Gabby S********, has a very nasty attitude towards customers and she is fine throwing people away. It's disgusting! I had insurance through this company, they canceled it 2 months prior to my notofication, then later wanted me to pay the 2 months I wasn't covered, I paid it and will never recommend anyone with an travel trailer or rv ever use this insurance through Good Sam, it is the sadest excuse for an insurance company I've ever dealt with
Filed a claim for vandalism of my vehicle, adjuster came out gave me the break down of what would be covered then told me if any additional damages were found that there would a reimbursement for such. However, after additional damages were found my claim was kicked into a separate investigation unit who now all of a sudden questions the integrity of my claim.
