This company sucks. I wrecked my vehicle on November 26,2022. It took them 3 weeks to tell me my car was totaled. No one ever contacted me. They never answer the phone or email back. I even email the their manager Daniel Brantley, he wasn't any better. I kelp calling and being place on hold. Never got an adjuster name or phone number. If I could give a negative I would. I had a policy with National General (aka. Good Sam). The policy was set to laps and I did a little bit of investigation. There were two charges that l questioned. The companies customer service couldn't even answer my question. It seems that on top of the RV premium ....National General (aka Good Sam) had packed a $51 combined policy level coverage premium and a $40 Acquisition Expense. Complete scumbags. The whole "down payment" bit is a scam, and after several phone calls I couldn't even get a policy and ID cards with my correct name on them!! Please - go anywhere else if you have another option!
False advertising,lady/rep didn't know all of her policy, had them for 3days and they call back saying EVERYONE IN HOUSE HAS TO BE INSURED, ********,. IF I HAD A ROOMMATE.. GOTTA COVER THAT PERSON NO MATTER WHAT? NOT CORRECT,, THEY TRY SAYING THIS AFTER SIGNED POLICY, VERY VAGUE ON WHAT THEY KNOw about insurance, cancelled Fee 50$ plus 155 for 2 days, bogus! They ripped me off for 200$ and it was all their screw up. Horrible, THEY ARE THOUGH ALLSTATE, BE AWARE! GEICO IS GOOD!
I was hit and injured, along with my bike being totaled by one of their customers, they waited almost 2 months to send an adjuster out to look at the bike, and now they are trying to screw me out of the value of the bike, and the adjuster is clueless about the value and replacement of things, the claims lady got a little bit of an attitude with me and my attorney, I would not recommend this company based on my experience with them
Where do I start. RUN STAY AWAY. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I am not a “high risk” driver and have never had any DUI or other issues with my driving. Their policies prices are very high. I don’t have any tickets or any accidents on my record. I am paying an outrageous, ridiculous amount. Joke for an Insurance company. NO Chat Support, No phone support. Tried to get a poly on a 2000 Ford Ranger, Took the Down Payment cannot get any documents from these losers. I just want my down payment back. Not worth a **** in my opinion.

I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years. Never had any trouble that needed Encompass's help until recently. I have a Tesla that recorded a Jeep going into the shoulder and proceeded to hit my car. Later when we both pulled over with him behind me, he decided he wanted to flee the scene by going into on-coming traffic and almost hit a SUV while he was behind me trying to get around me in a single lane.
